Over 50 varieties of breads and pastries are handcrafted daily from natural ingredients. They are then baked in the tradition of the guilds that first made uniformly high quality breads available outside of the home. Before there were bakers' guilds, people gathered at communal bakehouses and socialized while their breads baked. We strive to bring you the quality of the guilds and the ambiance of the bakehouse. PLEASE JOIN US. We donate all of our unsold bakery products to various local food banks at the end of each day. We also frequently donate our gift certificates and products to local charitable organizations and educationally related events.
